My blog = home page
A first!
One of my spotty blogafans has made my blog his/her home page (gender has been shielded to protect what I am sure is a decision s/he will regret).
Here is the quote from an e-mail to prove it:
Okay...it's done!!! Now you can use this as a marketing tool for your blog..."some people even set my blog as their homepage so they don't miss a minute of the Mitchell's exciting adventures in this thing called life."Now I feel a little bit of pressure to blog ON A DAILY BASIS.
I don't think I'll be able to keep up that frequency, and I fear the loss of a homepager (such loss indubitably having garnered a name from the faceless internet marketers).
Sunday we went down to my 'rents, and played three games: The Great Space Race (1/2 lap), Wits and Wagers (which I've decided to keep, rather than trade away...to the consternation of a potential trade partner who e-mailed me just today), and Smarty Party.
Tonight: Me = Faith Formation Comission ("election" of officers...we actually use a process called "discernment" which is, in our case, is basically a name for "election"), Courtney = Shakaween planning at Jaci's house, Molly = a friend over 'til 7pm, Maddie = unknown.

Surely it's discernment (w/an i)...? even though the meaning is a bit unclear...does it have anything to do with the following subjects equalling their subsequent activities..(which is actually an effective communication device...)?
Yes, with an "i". But I don't understand what you said about "following" and "subsequent". Don't they mean the same?
yes, I guess so, but don't understand what discernement has to do w/the rest of the sentence.
Discernment is when you try and figure out what the Holy Spirit is saying to you (or WHERE the voices in your head are coming from: God, Satan, or Yourself).
Oh. A lot depends on what one just ate or is eating generally, nicht wahr?
