Molly found a slug
Molly found a slug in between her foot and her croc sandal, so of course she put in a glass and is now keeping it as a pet.
The girls and Sam and I went to Subway for lunch (after doing our punishment/chores), then he spent some time with the Boltons while the girls and I went to Church. Then we went to the neighbors (the Dammeyers) pig roast (it was their 22nd year, and our second...even though we've been neighbors for 15 years). It was fun...we should do it more often.
Maddie and Sam are still over there (I asked the Bolton's to watch them). Maddie just walked in the door.

Speaking of good neighbors, we are invited to the next door triplets 3rd b=day party. Any suggestions for something indestructible and fun (2 boys/1 girl)gift-wise that the parents wouldn't have bought for them???
I don't know about indestructible. I would say any of the Playskool or Fisher Price brands (hard plastic toys) would fit that bill.
I've got a game that would be good for 3-year-olds called Gulo-Gulo. Remind me to bring it next time and you can try it out.
yeah, we all want to know what Molly has named el slug...sluggo? assuming it has survived this long.
What is she feeding it?
Wow - just got around to asking her last night (we were eating dinner outside, where the slug is).
His name is "Harry", I think.
She feeds it lettuce, but it's now escaped.
