Two boys forced my legs over my head

When I picked up Sam at school today, the teacher (Mr. Ballard) took Sam and me into the hall and told me that Sam and two other boys, after having been warned they were being loud, were piling onto each other in class during the day.

According to Sam:

I was running around in class, and laying on the floor under a chair. Two boys forced my legs over my head, and put a chair on top of me and sat on it. At that point, Mrs. Rasmussen came in and caught us. Ms. Welsh (a teacher's aid) said the substitute teacher was terrible. It wasn't my fault.

All three boys were taken into the hall and given a talking to.

In other news, in four separate incidents, someone stole Sam's backpack, his assignment book (so I can't tell what homework he's supposed to do), his mathbook, and his flashcards (these were later found in his desk).

So, I've suspended Sam's privleges for two days.
