Molly wrote "thank you" letters, I read about Rome in a travel guide (in preparation for our trip), and Maddie read a scary book. With that, and nachos, the two hours seemed to fly by.

Did you know that the water in the fountains in Rome is potable (unless otherwise stated)? Apparently, the water comes from streams in the hills above Rome and is carried to the fountains by ancient water ducts (could they possibly be aquaducts?...nah...)...
