Maddie was bitten by the dog she was taking care of. 10 days, $300, and a vial of superglue later...this is how it looks.
P.S. [added 6/16] After getting back from vacation, the neighbors who owned the dogs were SO apologetic and nice last night, and offered to pay...I almost feel bad about posting anything. But I feel to delete the post would compromise my journalistic integrity.
P.P.S. [added 7/1] I cannot BELIEVE we are dogsitting for them again. I thought FOR SURE that Courtney and I agreed not do do that again. ARGGH!

That is a cool idea! But then she's lose $100 (unless she waited until after she's 16).
