"It's useless for me to teach you" and evil incarnate

My Tai-Chi instructor said this morning, "It's useless for me to teach you anymore unless you get better balance and strength." He told me to just stand in a horse stance. Apparently, I'm about 1/2 way through the form, and it just gets harder from here. [Edit: 6/2/07 He taught me today some new moves, and I'm more than 1/2 way through.]

Molly had a b-ball game today at 11a at the Y. She did great (she's a great guard).

The kittens have been on the computer again. They tried to delete Internet Explorer, and turn off my anti-virus software. They are evil incarnate. [12/15/06 Added this picture of them...they don't look evil, and remind me of a yin-yang sumbol, as a matter of fact!]

Just practicing the form is suppose to give you better balance and strength. But most people need other methods such as the conditioning, etc.

Horse stance actually is good and you may do it for 30 min. (be sure your alignment is right and that it doesn't hurt your joints) as you watch the Simpsons. This practice is called Chi Kung and precedes Tai Chi.

Holly must be tenacious as a guard. And she can shoot, too.

Maybe you can put anti-catnip on the keys?

I'd ground 'em myself...no computer time AT ALL!
